With more than 15 years of experience leading enterprise SaaS operations, global support teams, revenue growth initiatives, and cross-functional creative strategy, I bring a balanced combination of operational discipline and strategic leadership.

Most recently, I served as Director of Support & Creative Strategy within a CPaaS and IoT SaaS environment supporting regulated pharmaceutical and sports enterprise clients. In this role, I built and scaled a 24/7/365 global support organization, reduced engineering costs by 50% and support costs by 75%, and maintained 100% SLA compliance for mission-critical enterprise customers. By implementing structured incident management frameworks, KPI reporting, and cross-functional alignment with engineering and product teams, I strengthened operational maturity while improving client retention and service reliability.

In addition to operational leadership, I have driven revenue expansion and account growth across enterprise and professional sports clients. I maintained 96% revenue retention across 40+ collegiate programs while increasing average account revenue by 70% through integrated campaign strategy, UX/UI alignment, and consultative account management. My approach centers on aligning product, marketing, support, and client services to measurable business outcomes.
