Creative Management

Creative has been at the center of my career. To me, creative is problem-solving. It’s how brands communicate clearly, how products earn trust, and how organizations connect with the people they serve.

During my career, I’ve led creative across software platforms, live sports environments, marketing campaigns, and enterprise brand systems. Some projects required big-picture direction — building visual identity frameworks or shaping UX strategy. Others required rolling up my sleeves and working directly inside the tools. I enjoy both sides of that balance.

I’m particularly focused on building creative environments where ideas don’t get lost in chaos. That means establishing workflows, maintaining asset discipline, and making sure creative decisions tie back to real business outcomes. I believe that when creative is structured properly, teams move faster, messaging stays consistent, and the work simply performs better.

Team Management

Strong teams don’t just happen. They’re built with intention.

Throughout my career, I’ve hired, trained, mentored, and led teams across creative, support, marketing, and live production environments. Some were small and specialized. Others were 24x7x365 offshore, global operations supporting mission-critical software.

I care deeply about clarity — clear expectations, clear ownership, clear communication. When people understand their role and how it connects to the bigger picture, performance follows. That’s how we maintained a 90% retention rate while continuing to raise the technical and professional bar.

I’ve always been drawn to structure. Good ideas are everywhere. Delivering them consistently is where many organizations struggle.

Whether I’m overseeing a SaaS rollout, managing multimillion-dollar creative portfolios, or running live game-day production, I focus on structure first. Clear scope. Defined milestones. Ownership. Risk awareness. Then execution.

I’ve managed complex projects across dozens of properties at once, coordinated cross-functional teams, and navigated compliance-heavy environments where mistakes aren’t an option. The common thread is discipline in planning and flexibility in execution.

Projects succeed when strategy turns into repeatable process. I build the framework that makes delivery consistent — not chaotic.

Account Management

Across SaaS, sports organizations, and enterprise partnerships, I’ve learned that strong client relationships usually come down to listening carefully and being honest about what will and won’t work. Clients don’t just need vendors — they need partners who understand their pressures and can help them navigate change.

I focus on staying aligned with business goals while looking for opportunities clients may not see yet. That mindset has helped me maintain high retention rates and grow accounts organically over time.

I’m comfortable speaking creative, technical, and business language, which helps bridge conversations across departments. That ability tends to simplify decision-making and keeps projects moving forward without unnecessary friction.

Support Management

Support is where operational discipline meets customer trust.

At Phizzle, I built and scaled a 24x7x365 offshore, global support operation serving mission-critical IoT software in highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. That meant no gaps, no ambiguity, no excuses.

We implemented structured incident management, strong documentation practices, and clear escalation paths. The result: 100% SLA compliance and a 50% reduction in engineering and support costs.

Support is often viewed as reactive. I see it as strategic. Done right, it strengthens product, protects reputation, and builds long-term customer confidence.

Marketing Management

I lead marketing initiatives that connect brand, technology, and performance.

My experience includes directing integrated social, SMS, digital signage, and live engagement campaigns across 40+ collegiate athletic programs and professional sports franchises. I’ve overseen campaign strategy, content production, UX/UI alignment, compliance standards, and go-to-market alignment for enterprise SaaS platforms.

What ties it together is consistency. Brand voice, user experience, compliance, performance metrics — they all need to connect. I make sure marketing doesn’t operate in isolation from product or sales. It has to support growth in a measurable way.

Creative energy is important. Strategy is essential. The best marketing has both.
